Joseph arrived early and came to make the AC repair the same day I called. He was very professional and the service was inexpensive, what else could you ask for! If you want to keep your family cool in the summer and warm in the winter Pretty Cool should be the only company you call.

My AC quit working last Friday around 7 o'clock at night, i called my regular ac company tech came out charged me for an after hour service call and told me that my compressor was dead and i needed to buy a whole new system. Found the number for Pretty Cool so i gave them a call, when the technician came out he found that my capacitor had failed causing the fan motor to cut off and the compressor to over heat, he replaced the capacitor and used my garden hose to cool the compressor, and he didn't beat me over the head with pricing either. I will definitely be recommending Pretty Cool to all my friends family and neighbors...

This company is going to be my new go to for my HVAC needs, my system is old and pieced together, but my tech guy Joshua came out and knew right what the problem was had the parts on him and fixed it really quickly... not to mention how Efficiently the company runs, they wanted to come out the same day but I told them it was ok the next day since it was already late when I called..they had texted notification and I was aware of when and who was coming... thanks so much to the team at Pretty Cool AC Heating
