For 2 days my downstairs was reading 60° inside. I called Friday and spoke to Salvador and he graciously worked me in the same day. I've had this issue addressed with 2 other companies and they never resolved the issue. Salvador accessed the problem, showed me pictures of what was wrong in the attic and repaired it. He waited to see if the temperature started to rise. He was very professional and safe during this Covid mess. He's very reasonably priced and

Salvador and his team did a great job installing my package unit on a challenging rooftop for a price that significantly beat other quotes I was receiving for lesser brands. Salvador was very responsive to all my requests and gave me some great advise even when it was to proceed with work that wouldn't benefit him (home warranty). I can't recommend them enough.

Very professional. Came inside the house wearing mask and worn doctor’s shoe covers every time he entered the house (I thought that was a very considerate thing to do). Got my air unit back to work the same day I called. Price matched work. Gracias Héctor!

I contacted another large well known, well advertised company for a routine HVAC tune up on my AC unit that was working fine. They concluded that I had a "very small leak" and since the freon level was a little low that it was the beginning of the leak and that I would need to replace the coils. Since my coils were under warranty, they could replace it for $1500. I later asked for the pictures of the leak but he said he did not have it but there was oil on my coils and it would not be visible on the picture.

I contacted Salvador - who gave me a better quote to replace the coils. We however decided to verify if the coils were truly leaking or not. One of the techs came out (? Hector, I believe) and did a thorough assessment of the units, showing me everything he was doing, explained all the numbers and concluded that there was not a leak. He also put on covers for his shoes which was very nice.

I really appreciated the honesty of the company and the fair pricing that they provide. I will use these guys for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Salvador is truly an angel in disguise. As first time home owners, my husband and I had no idea what to do when our air conditioner went out. After having multiple contractors come out, Salvador's competitive pricing along with his professional demeanor resulted in us using Nova Air. When they installed the unit, they discovered additional problems beneath the unit which they spent an additional 5 hours working on without increasing our price. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but this was beyond exceptional service. I highly recommend Nova Air to everyone and can promise you an honest and exceptional service.

I met Salvador and his beautiful family when I sold them their home last year. I recently used his services for myself and I can honestly say that I am very pleased with his visit. He quickly diagnosed the issues I had and thoroughly explained everything to me. He is an awesome person and very good at his job I must say!

I just had my unit replaced by Nova Air on 3/24/2020 and am very pleased. Salvador listened to my needs for future work to my house, and worked with me every step of the way. Upon initial quote, Salvador planned on using the original line set. I wanted a new line set ran inside the wall, and was willing to open the wall cavity to accomplished. Salvador agreed with no change in the bid, and all worked out fine. This crew is experienced, and will make it happen without a doubt. I highly recommend!

My air conditioner unit was blowing out Luke warm air. I called this morning around 7:45am and the company came right on out to inspect the unit my air conditioner unit was fixed within 1-2hours including inspection time on initial evaluation. Come to find out the motor went out. I am very impressed by the expedited service, professionalism, and the quality customer service I received on this morning. I am officially a customer and will continue business for all related needs!!
