We called three companies to give us an estimate because our AC unit was outdated and in need of replacement. Goode came out on time, but that was it. They never called us or gave us an estimate at all. We went with Alco Air in Longview, they did a great job and even blew in insulation into our attic and kept the price under $15,000. I gave 2 stars because Goode showed up on time, otherwise it was a bust.
