Goode Bros. have always taken great care of us. They respond quickly and their pricing is fair. All their technicians are professional and courteous, our dog doesn’t even bark at them when they come inside…she can sense good people!

Brian went above and beyond his call of service. He explained the problem and offer various ways to solve the problem within our budget. His diagnostic of our unit inside and out was very thorough and he answered all of our questions. His best attribute is, he kept the company first. He kept referring back to the company for parts, pricing and service cost. We highly recommend this company and Brian for all your AC services needs.

Anthony did a great job in diagnosing and quickly repairing my AC system. He answered my questions and went above and beyond, cleaning my unit in addition to the repair. He even sat around and waited close to 30 minutes for me to get home from work when he arrived at the start of the appointment window!

One thing I’d like to mention, just so others are aware, the $99 diagnostic fee (fee that you pay to have them come out) is paid whether or not you have them do the work. I know a lot of companies waive this fee if you end up having them do the repair, but Goode does not. Definitely nothing wrong with that, but I didn’t clarify when making the appointment and was surprised when that was still added to the final bill.

All in all a great experience and will be sure to call them again if needed!

Brian was my tech today. He was friendly and explained maintenance tips to me. Everyone who has come to my house from before the install to maintenance has been very nice, professional and helpful.

Our A/C system quit working Sunday evening. I called and in less than an hour Tony came out, checked our system and had it up and running in know time. We have been doing business with Goode brothers for several years now. They are always professional, on time and do quality work. They stand behind what they do.

Mr. Brian was on time, professional in appearance and demeanor, courteous and efficient. He explained clearly projected needs, options and costs. He worked quickly but thoroughly and was respectful and professional the whole time. Mr. Brian is welcome here any time. I would recommend him and Goode Bros. to anyone. In over nine years I have never had an issue with them.

The technician Nathaniel has been here a couple of times. He first came out in his own personal truck during the big winter storm a few years ago to get my heat going. Today he performed my regular maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. All the Goode Bros guys have been great to work with.

Responded same day during three-county power outage! No price gouging, checked and saved us on warranty parts! Had A/C next business day. Brian was knowledgable and professional! Highly recommend.

Brian with Goode Bros. was our service guy that came out in a timely manner and was able to get our A/C fixed and working. He was very friendly and was good at his job, he was suppose to come a different day but called and said he had time and could head our way earlier than scheduled. This was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!!
