We called Goode Brothers to repair our air handler. Nathaniel came out and was on time and fixed our problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I called and they came out quickly n before time that many give you a 5 hour window. My tech fixed my part n added coolant, all within no time I had cold air from vents. All at a price I would have thought would've been double for. Before my tech got here they sent a picture and few things to know about him so I felt more comfortable with him. He was nice, very polite and knowledgeable plus he left it clean. I will recommend this company time n time again. I can't thank them enough, but I can refer them time n time again. Goode Brothers always goes above and beyond! We use Goode Brothers to come out and maintenance our AC once every 6 months. The last maintenance check, Brian quickly discovered we had a bad coil in our ac system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And thankfully he was able to identify an issue before it became an even bigger problem! Brian was able to repair the coil and our ac is back to working like new!
I’m gonna try to make this as short and sweet as possible. It’s been a horrible week with the power being out losing our food, losing work time as I’m a remote employee. Came home because we were told the power is on, but due to the multiple power surges from power being turned on and off we lost our AC unit so we thought. We had an AC company come out tell us it was gone and we needed a complete brand new unit. Told us that the part that we would need is hard to find and is astronomical in price. We were apprehensive and concerned due to how much it was going to cost so we asked for a second opinion from another company. Goode brothers came out - Tony was our tech. He evaluated our AC unit. He went and checked the vent. He checked everything and then told us the capacitor was very low. He than showed me one in his hand that he could replace today. He had the part, and it was affordable. He also made suggestions on other things that could prolong the life of our AC and prevent it from happening again. I’m not sure what happened with the other AC company. The gentleman seemed really nice and had also dealt with the power outage himself with his family so I’m surprised what a difference the outcomes were between the two companies. One day apart. I don’t know if the gentleman was still brand new at his job or he was scamming- I pray it was just the previous. I did not put any time in writing out a perfect letter - just writing from my heart so apologies for any grammatical issues. I just want to say thank you again for the ethics and work standards of Tony from Goode Brothers.
