The technician Chase did a great job on our A/C routine spring maintenance and system cleaning. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He exhibited good knowledge of the system and was also training a new team member as he worked, explaining some details to the new team member. Thanks Chase.

Our service technician Colton provided excellent customer support service. He did a great job cleaning up my outside AC unit, did an AC tune up on my whole AC system, and replaced the Indoor Voltage Distribution System. He is always very courteous and does a great job. I would definitely recommend Alco Air for your AC/Heating needs.

Update: Justin was professional and did a good job on 4/5/22. However, today 4/22/22, Tech, Danny came out, along with another guy I guess he was training, for what reason I have no clue because they called me saying it was for my monthly maintenance. A time was set for today they came and changed filter, washed outside unit, etc. and my unit was working fine until they “serviced” it. Now it’s 80 degrees in my house and I have my mother who is on oxygen. They will definitely not be getting my business again. Also, he stated when I called back to let them know that my unit is no longer cooling since they “serviced it”, Danny stated that my blower and circuit board went out ( which we just replaced last summer). On top of that, Danny stated that my unit was old and it needed to be replaced. He stated that finance option is available. However, it was working just fine and blowing COOL air until they “serviced it”. Spoke with the manager, Connor and nothing was resolved and he wasn’t professional or helpful. They have been avoiding my calls every since. Also, spoke with Jennie and she stated that she will have Connor return my call but no one has called me back as of yet of course it’s after 5 pm.

Danny is very professional and very friendly. He did a great job, using his time wisely. We really like Danny and his work ethics! Thank you for sending him. Ricky and Lynda Prior
