Sunday afternoons are for busted water heaters, right? Not so much!

Thank you to Brandon and Alex from Alco Air! Two water heater repairs and almost six hours later, they got us back to it!

Professional work, quality service! We are very grateful for their quick response on this Sunday afternoon!

Alco Air pestered me since November 2022 about replacing a compressor on my AC unit. I didn't have the money then but was working on getting the money for the summer. They claimed it would fix my AC for good. The boy tech came out on May 11, 2023 and replaced the compressor for $396. From May 11-14, still no AC. Tech boy came back out on May 15th and told me it will be another $400+ to put in refrigerant. So how did they not know I was running low or had a leak when they have been doing preventative maintenance on my house every 3 months for a whole year after I purchased the home? So word goes around. I have told neighbors, friends, coworkers, patients at my job, and other military veterans about what happened to me. And I will continue doing that until Alco hire people who have integrity! Salon workers and patrons, church members, etc up next to know. I would rather speak well if Alco but I absolutely can not!

I called on a Friday afternoon for an appointment. Our problem was diagnosed and a plan created to fix our problem by 5 pm that day! Very professional and explained options very well. Unfortunately, we needed to replace all 3 AC units that were 20+ years old. They completed this project within 72 hours of my initial phone call. Very pleased.

Very professional. Diagnosed the problem and made repairs fast after discussing options with me. Didn't wait long for the technician to arrive after I made the call. Five out of five stars. I will call Alco Air again in the future for A/C repair.

Collin and his associate were fantastic! I purchased a new unit and had it installed on the same day!!! They were fast, respectful, and completed outstanding work. It looks great, functions perfectly, and they took the time to teach me to use my new thermostat.

Don't bother getting their warranty. We bought a band new AC unit 2 years ago and we were told it had a ten year warranty on it. Apparently warranty means a $300 discount on $1300 on a two year old AC that brakes. Not happy at all when we were paying for and getting maintenance done on our AC two times a year for the warranty and find out the warranty is only good for a $300 discount. Don't be fooled by their kind words and promises when it comes time for them to do their part they go back on their word and come up with all kinds of excuses.

He was very friendly and respectful when he introduced himself. They arrived on time and sent me a text message that he was on his way. My unit is over 20 years old and he did a great job finding the problems and was Very knowledgeable on the unit. They gave me different options on how to fix the problem with my heater. They even put on some orange covers over there shoes when they came inside my home. I was very impressed with them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Quick and simple! No nonsense and straightforward work. They’re not the rock bottom cheapest if that’s what you’re after, but you can trust em to do it right. Learned my lesson after having my entire ductwork and attic insulation redone by another company to save about a $1000. In the end, it wasn’t worth it.

Pay the small nickel extra and go for the company and technicians who care about what they do. Support these folks!

Called in on a Sunday and the technician, Colten showed up not even 15 minutes later. I had purchased a home with an older unit and was scared it had quit on me, but a quick diagnosis proved it was an electrical issue with our outlets. This is something I would not have thought to check since it was working the day before. I was quoted $85 for the diagnosis but I did not have to pay extra for them coming out on the weekend. I will use the company again when my ac unit does decide to actually die.
