We had them remove and remount a minisplit. They did excellent work, very professional and friendly. We signed a maintenance agreement with them and we were highly pleased with the job they did. They stated what they were doing and why. We will use them for all of our units.

The tech, Kyle I, was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company for all my future services. Being new to the area I'm thankful we chose ETAP.

Carthage AC went above and beyond to fix another ac company's mess up. I had a mini split installed by a company that claimed to know what they were doing. It looked like something a blind person would fo. The ugliest mess of wires and piping all over the front of my house. CARTHAGE AC went out of there way to make me happy. When they were done it looked like what I had seen in all the pictures. Trained and experienced technicians. Will use them for all my future ac needs.

Kyle was timely, especially since I called on a Saturday around 1, & was there by 3:30. He knew almost immediately what the problem was, & had it repaired in a few minutes.
