I needed help with a DIY mini split, he helped diagnose the problem and because it’s a mr cool system I will have to order the part, then he can come back out and fix it. They were very helpful

Very professional. Crew arrived on time, showed great care of our interior while installing ceiling vents, used numerous drop cloths to protect floors and furniture. Completely cleaned up what little debris was left after finishing. They were very respectful of us and our home. I was impressed enough to also sign up for their yearly maintenance plan.

Our A/C quit working correctly on a Friday evening. We placed a call to Carthage Air and talked to Johnathon. We informed him we didn't need an immediate fix and he said he would be there first thing Saturday morning.
