Double S AC & Heating

This company is a great company to use. I called them to do a repair on my home 5-ton a/c unit. They are very punctual and diagnosed the problem and had to order parts. The parts came in, in two days. They called and scheduled a time that worked with my schedule. They came and completed the repairs and cleaned everything up. About a month later during the winter, it started getting warm outside so I turned on the unit to check it out before it got warm outside. It wasn't cooling so I called them and was scheduled for the very next morning. They came in and checked the system and found a very small leak on the dryer that they had installed. They repaired the leak, vacuumed the system and recharged the system. They did an excellent job at no cost to me. If you are looking for a company that has an outstanding work ethic and stands behind their work, this is the company you need to use. You will glad that you called them.

I had unexpected A/C issues with 3 different units and called Double S for assessment & repairs, if needed. The response & turn around time was very quick! Plus the charges were reasonable & reviewed with me. I have used this company’s service 2 more times with the same positive experience. Thanks to Double S!

Called yesterday evening and they were out first thing this morning. They had us back up and running in less than 20 minutes and the total bill was only a few dollars more than what other companies wanted just to come out. I will definitely call them again for all of our future HVAC needs.

Theses guys are great! Installation was difficult and they handled it professionally. They were always on time and real good at explaining the installation process and answering questions. And the price was fair. Very glad we found them !

What more could a home owner ask for?!? If you're like me and is someone that chooses a service company based on customer service, quality of work and fair pricing, then this is the company for you. Their based out of Lindale, but has come to Gilmer to service my A/C several times. From the first contact when calling in my requests, to getting a quote, to completing the service/repair, Drake was nothing but friendly and professional. He let me know his earliest availability and was here promptly before our agreed time, which I know is not always easy in the service industry. He's always given me fair pricing BEFORE completing any service/repair, rather than just doing it and presenting me with a hefty bill at the end. Something I truly appreciate! The pricing has ways been fair and competitive, yet affordable. And most importantly, I have never had the same issue again after Drake is done working his magic.

These guys are on time did a very good job and we’re not over priced compared to everybody else. They were very reasonable.
