Price was right, and a short turn around. This is about where the positives end. Phillip was recommended by a friend. No payment plans available, pay upon completion of work. If they damage your house in the process, do not pay in full! Insist on holding as much as you think the repairs will cost otherwise they have no motivation to come back. One of their installers put a foot through my ceiling which has yet to be repaired 2 months later. After the installation Phillip did not bring his trailer back to my house immediately to take the trash so it's sat in my yard for at least two weeks before he picked it up. I have verbally set up 2-3 appointments with him between the trash pickup and repairing my ceiling that he was a no-show, with no call or text to apologize, no explain or reschedule. Now he is not returning my calls or texts. Now I have to turn to other means to pressure him to fix my ceiling. I'm probably going to the Better Business Bureau, pay for the repairs myself, and possibly take him to small claims court.

Used them one other time and they were very helpful. Called them again never would respond or never came out or called back after saying they would.

Once inspected after install they would not return to make things right they had improperly installed.
