These people ROCK!!! We have issues with our A/C the last couple months. We called them this morning (Sunday) they gave the on call guy (Billy) our # he called and walked my husband thru the process over the phone. Super nice and patiently listened to everything my husband said. Great company !!!!

Had a problem with our AC and Colt walked me through the issue by phone. He offered to come out but we were able to fix it, with his guidance. No service call and saved me some $$. Would have been simple to not offer assistance and make a service call. That is 5 stars in my book...honesty and business integrity plus they are always the nicest people.

AC went out around 3:00 PM when I called, and they were at my house and had me back up and running by around 7:00 PM. VERY pleased with their super quick response time and reasonable rates. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but if I do, will definitely call them. Highly recommend!

Pur ac went out last night called Glacier exactly 6:50am they open at 7am. Around 9:30 a man named Billy came by and replaced the copasitor and cleaned the coils and in 30 minutes it was up and running! Billy your awesome and thank you!!

I cannot urge you strongly enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I contacted Glacier to repair my Geothermal unit. They sent a technician out to assess the problem. The tech could not understand the system and left assuring me he would talk to his boss who was more experienced.

Two days later I had heard nothing from them, all the while 100°+ temps. I called the office 3 times the following day and each time was promised a call back immediately by the woman answering the phone.

3 days later I called the office again and was promised a quick call back while she “looked up parts” to order.

Two hours later, no calls no updates for 5 days, I called them again and told them not to bother and I would not be working with them any longer.

Complete disregard for their Customers. Completely unprofessional. Please, whatever you do, do. Not use this company.

Thank you! Melissa got me their first available appointment and Billy did a great job repairing my unit. They understand it is hot in Texas and tried hard to make sure we got it fixed as soon as possible.

I have used Glacier on 3 separate occasions through my home warranty. This company is fantastic, and their technicians are second to none. I called my home warranty company at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and Glacier was at my house by 5. They had me fixed up in 30 mins, and were very professional. These guys are the best, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

If you have a major install, be warned, you might be as unpleased with their lackluster service as we are.

Glacier Cooling & Heating came to my home in South Tyler to replace a furnace. Less than 24hrs later, the new Lenox furnace quit working. To add insult to injury, the poorly installed furnace caused water damage to our kitchen ceiling.

Glacier then returned to do a temporary fix. After informing them of the damage they caused due to their install, Glacier refused to fix the damage. And they have yet to schedule another visit to fix the temporary fix.

Weeks later, I still cannot get a call from the owner. It's obvious customer service is not their priority. Not even a simple call.

They claim they are bonded and insured but that means precious little if they do not fix the damage they cause or even return to finish the job they started.

You've been warned.

Great company. They have done 6 projects and numerous repairs for me. Highly recommended. The tech Billy goes way out of his way for customers. The owner and office is very responsive as well.

Glacier Cooling & Heating is our new GoTo company. I called because our A/C was not cooling. (A problem we have had multiple times before). The last few years we have tried multiple other companies that have rigged up the system to limp it along, but none ever gave us options of what we really needed to do to fix the problem. Glacier's staff came out the same day and looked at it and not only explained what the problem was, but also gave us multiple options to fix the problem as well as explained the pros and cons of each option. This is a company that obviously takes pride in their work and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good.
