Dave has been able to fix issues that other companies either could not fix or would not fix in order to sell a new system. He can install new systems also, but it's nice knowing the old units are truly beyond repair before having to replace them.

My biggest concerns when calling for air conditioner service was who is going to actually show up at the house, how much experience do they have and am I going to get a fair assessment of needed repairs. I recently called Dave, responded well and quickly but a total disappointment. He charged me 75$/pound for the 3 pounds of "free on"(225$ excluding taxes) and 100$ service charge (I guess, I can't complaint on service fee which is okay for a Sunday). Later I found out from another repair guy, usually they charge 30-40$ max for a pound of new free-on. ( I also saw it in amazon, 25lb tank is 125$, though I don't care for how less he bought) search for "R410a-Refrigerant-ICELONG-original-Brand" in Amazon.. 1) on day 1, On the initial diagnosis, he found "free-on" is less and added it, but he didn't care to check the upstairs. 2) Later I realized upstairs air flow is not appropriate. while ground floor AC is running 8 hours a day, upstairs AC run 15-20 hours/day with no rooms cooled. On day 2, he came over and said the outside condenser fans are not clean, and made me cleaned them. On day 3 , came and said the air flow is not good, because am using the BEST Quality air filters and recommended to use a medium quality so that the air flow is better. 100% dissatisfied except that he is a resident from the same community, responded promptly and came over on a Sunday. I am choosing another AC repair technician after this expensive bill to fix my upstairs now

I have used Dave several times and he is always on time, polite, efficient, and fixes your problem. He doesn't try to upsell you, and he gets your unit back on it's feet.

Most AC companies use a journeymen to do the work for the guy with the actual ac license. These journeymen could have 6 months to a few years of experience with no actual AC certification/ license. Dave has 35 years plus of experience and is the guy with the AC license that does all his own work. His prices are fair and expertise is far superior to any one else around.
