Excellent service! AC went out and he was at our house within the hour. He let us know what was wrong and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He was friendly and quick. I would definitely use him again for any future AC issues.

This vehicle cut me off on Mopac in Austin Tx, September 17th. Had to step on brakes to avoid an accident!!!

My outside unit failed and it was more than a simple starter cap problem. They got me back operational with minimal downtime. I will be using them for future repairs and eventual purchase when this 20 year old unit that came on the house finally gives up the ghost.

Most important point first: this guy saved me thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) on the installation of a new AC unit.

Before I even called this guy, I knew my AC unit was shot. I did *not* tell him this beforehand. He came out, inspected things; we talked, and he confirmed what I already knew: I needed a new unit. He gave me other options, but I knew what had to happen.

The difference between him and prior AC guys was that he didn't try to up-sell me on expensive equipment and his labor costs were reasonable. The problem with these large AC repair businesses with a whole fleet of repairmen is that they not only have to pay a skilled tradesman to do the work (assuming you don't get a kid fresh out of trade school who'll mess up your AC), but they gotta pay the salaries of 3 or 4 people back at the main office to surf the Internet all day.

As for the quality of his work, well, I don't know much about AC units, but I noticed these 3 things: 1) I have a good nose for bullshit and I didn't smell any coming from him; 2) the fittings, sealant and whatnot look higher quality than my previous installation, and 3) the AC has been working great now for 3 months.

There were a couple scheduling hiccups – a part didn't show up when he thought it would, I had to call him for a followup instead of him calling me – but honestly, I'll trade in pampered customer service for high quality work at a good price.

MLD was excellent from quoting all the way through installation of my new system. Great communication throughout the process. They are reliable and hard working team.

I have bad experience with this company, the guy came to make the diagnose one hour after he told me he will came, also he didn’t do a great diagnose, he doesn’t know what the problem was with my ac, I told probably you have a leak but I don’t know where this is no a good diagnose, and then when you call for appointment they don’t tell you how much will be the diagnose.

Also was unprofessional the guy didn’t cover his shoes when he goes upstairs to check my ac, if you see the house have carpet cover your shoes or take off but he didn’t do that, after he left I have to clean my carpet take off the mud.

I don’t recommend this company, bad customer service.

Have used Mike 2 different times and was amazed at how fast he was able to come by and get my system up and running. Knows his stuff, uses 1st rate materials, fast and efficient. He'll be my 1st call on any future A/C problems.

AC stopped working and they came out same day, even earlier than originally planned, in the middle of summer and fixed AC within an hour. Vince was fantastic, very professional!

I would refer them to anyone. On time, reponsive, quality work.

The young men that came and installed our brand new combination heat and air conditioner were very polite very professional absolute wonderful wonderful we are so happy with everything that was done thank you so much we would recommend you to anyone
