I had a previous company cancel on me and so I had been without a/c for days. They were able to come out the day I called gave me a matched quote and installed it the next day! The guys were super professional and worked their butts off in this horrible heat! My house was over 100 in the attic. They knocked it out and honestly am so impressed with their work! Platinum Air is hands down the BEST! We recently had a very expensive HVAC issue. After contacting the home warranty company their contractor tried to take advantage of us….We contacted Platinum Air! They were on time, very professional and went above and beyond to help get our system cooling again! We will never use anyone else for our heating & cooling services. Thank you Platinum Air!!!!!!!!!

Very appreciative! They are my go-to HVAC company now. After having a different company come out and tell me there wasn't anything they could do (claimed they just couldn't get the part) Platinum Air got the part and installed same day I called! They were quick and professional. I required immediate service because I had no heat in my house and I have a new baby and a 3 year old so I needed the work done immediately. I'm very grateful to the company and will definitely continue business.

Platinum Air is awesome! Showed up within the hour, and replaced a capacitor in 30 minutes, on a Saturday! Best A/C company in the area, hands down.
