Called Roger when our system wouldn’t fire on after moving a thermostat on a Sunday, he offered to come out same day and also suggested I check a few items. Of course it was one of the items he suggested and the system came right on! They have come out before and installed some UV filters on our systems as well, the job was well done on budget and on time. Highly recommend Aero Design Systems for all your HVAC needs!

I literally had 5 HVAC contractors out to simply unclog my primary condensation line. Only Aero (which was the 5th) fixed the problem. Two of the contractors even insisted that the condensation line was not where I thought it was. I am so thankful a friend recommended Aero!

Truly superior service, diagnosis and repair. Much more responsive than local Tx major A/C service org (ARS Rescue, etc). AERO found and repaired faulty install of orig equip provider. AERO saved our house from freezing and pipe bursting. Great team: Paul, Eric and others made sure needed parts were ordered and delivered and properly installed with amazing speed. This organization is a true gem - 5 Star service.

Outstanding service and end result. We had to get our entire system replaced since it was over 20 years old and dying a slow and expensive death. Aero wasn't the cheapest bid by any means, but Paul and Roger totally made up for that with their professionalism, knowledge and product. Not only that, when they came to do the job, they were quick, efficient, clean, friendly, polite and super professional.

My house is now a spaceship...a VERY QUIET SPACESHIP! Noise pollution during the summer at our house was a very real problem due to our old unit (it sounded like a jet engine taking off every time it kicked into gear.) Now I wish my neighbors would follow suit.

Last thing. We have now had the system for over half a year now. With our old system, our May 2016 utility bill was over $600. May 2017's utility bill was less than $350. June and July were $400 instead of $700. I'm not kidding. I sent Paul our bills to prove it. The only thing that has changed from last year to this year is our HVAC system.

Eric was great! Found the issue with my system, found the part and fixed quickly. A few hundred dollars verses the $8,700 company "B" wanted to charge me for a whole new system.

AC went out on a 101 degree day and our Home Warranty wasn't helping us get someone out ASAP. Called Aero Designed Systems and Jake was here within an hour. He fixed our problem in no time and then he worked with my Home Warranty to help get me reimbursed.
I would definitely recommend anyone use AES for any HVAC needs.
