Juan showed up ahead of scheduled and promptly repaired my AC problem. He was very friendly and explained all the work being done. I would highly recommend Aero AC & Heating!

Aero Designs did a great job getting us up and running again with a new HVAC system. They were on time and had it installed in no time. The only thing I would say is they were in a big hurry and did not really pay attention to details such as making sure the outside unit was level. I know I'm being picky (the unit does not have to be perfectly level to work) but, when you are paying $8500 for a new system, it should look as well as it performs. They did do the job right and I appreciate their work but, I'm just saying it was not 5 star perfection. We will use them again and we would recommend them.

They recently placed our old unit with a top of the line Lennox at a fair price. It was installed as scheduled. We love it's high efficiency rating and the 10 year warranty.

Eric came out late on a Sunday evening. He was friendly and professional, even at the end of a very long day. He was straight forward with me on what the issues were and got my AC running for the night so I could get some immediate comfort. Then came back the next day to replace my thermostat and get the AC back up and running. He showed me how to operate the new thermostat and also cleaned out and leveled my condenser unit (which was filthy). I will definitely be calling Aero Designed Systems for future AC/HVAC issues & maintenance.

In a world of unresponsive and unprofessional AC repair companies, Aero was the opposite. Grateful for the timeliness and prompt attention to solving our issue in the middle of the summer heat. Thank you.

Very professional, honest and fair. When my condenser failed in only 2-1/2 years, they called Lennox and got them to replace the whole thing rather than just a parts repair. Also received a discount on installation fee. I've always had good service from Aero. Thank you Paul and Eric!
