AC Superheroes

AC Superheroes lived up to their name with us today! We called as first time customers to them and they had a tech to our home the same day! They communicated well about pricing and about their timing. They kept me updated on when to expect them and did quick and efficient work. Our tech, Connor, diagnosed our issue quickly, he was friendly to us and our pups, and was able to fix our issue during that same appointment. Our AC unit is blowing cold 🥶 now and we thank them for being so attentive! I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed!

I called AC Superheroes to troubleshoot my A/C not kicking on. Lucas came out and took his time to educate me about my options, fixed the problem at a fair price, and stood behind his work. After this first small job with Lucas, I found him to be trustworthy.

A few months later, my A/C completely failed because it was already on its last leg after 20 yrs. After holding off on this project for years, I knew I had to bite the bullet and get the whole system replaced eventually. I called AC Superheroes for an estimate and compared it to another highly-rated HVAC contractor's estimate that I worked with previously. I found both offers competitive on price and offering. I chose to go with Lucas because he was closer to me in Lakeway and our last service call with him went so well.

Lucas and his new colleague Connor came out the same week and even completed the entire system replacement while my wife and I left town. I trusted them in my home while I was gone and I was happy to come back to a climate-controlled house with a brand-new heating/cooling unit. So much stress off our shoulders.

With such a large purchase, it feels good to work with someone who cares about the work they do for you. The peace of mind that they'll stand behind their work goes a long way!

Came home from summer vacation to find the AC was blowing warm air. Contacted a pro that evening (not AC Superheroes) who said they could get to us the next morning. Through a few delays and supply shortages on the pros end they had to delay until the next morning (with a heat advisory in effect). Called up Lucas and Connor and they were able to come out under 2 hours of my call that same evening. Connor was very professional and knowledgeable. We went for their maintenance deal on top of the repair so they will be maintaining our system plus other benefits for the next year or more. Cool night and slept like a baby (a sleepy baby). Thank you Connor!

Lucas has done an outstanding job for us. Its really difficult to find a quality technician that will make a lake call out to service our yachts, but we have been fortunate to work with this team. We highly recommend the AC Superheroes!

On Cinco de Mayo our AC unit stopped working so we began calling to see if we could get someone to come out, but did not have any luck until we contacted AC Superheroes. I’m glad we did because we spoke with Lucas who said he could come and check the unit the very next morning. Right on time @ 7am he diagnosed the problem and began the repair process. The best customer service experience we have ever had. He is kind, courteous, and he stayed in touch with us from start to finish. Very impressed with the quality of the service we were given. We highly recommend Lucas and AC Superheroes & give them 10 ⭐️s.

Great experience with

My downstairs HVAC was damaged from the ice storm power outages.
They were very responsive and reasonably priced.
They charged $150 to assess the issue which went towards the repair fee which ended up being just $50 more.

They will be the first person I call if I have any other issues.

Such a wonderful experience. So professional and knowledgeable. Lucas came at almost 10pm to help with an issue, he had a solution and a smile.

My hot water heater went out Saturday night so I reached out to AC Superheroes via text. Lucas responded quickly and set up an appointment for Sunday morning to replace my water heater. He was on time (with heater) and replaced it quickly and efficiently! I was impressed with the responsiveness and service! I highly recommend!

Lucas and his company are awesome. My AC unit wasn’t working beginning on a Thursday evening and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get someone out before the weekend. Lucas picked up the phone & let me know he could be there the next morning. The pricing was very reasonable, Lucas and his associate were very polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
