Masten Air Conditioning & Heating

RUN. They were dismissive about asbestos during their install. The unit is not large enough for the home. Their response to my concerns and complaints have been to be nasty and explain things to me as though I am stupid or doing something to make it not work.

Could not say enough good things about Masten and his team. The office personnel are very friendly and very communicative. One of my biggest pet peeves with contractors is lack of communication to the customer and being left in the dark. These folks have always called me to update me on appointments, when techs are on the way, etc.

Very friendly, fair pricing, would highly recommend them to anyone looking at HVAC systems.

About 3 years ago our AC unit went out during the heat of the summer. I knew it was time for a complete overhaul of our existing unit in the attic and outside. Masten is a customer of mine so I called Cambrie to set up an appointment. Much to my surprise, they were able to come out the next day to put a band aid on the unit to get it running through the night. The following day the team came out to install a complete unit. The cost was very competitive and the service is unmatched, but what really sold me was they came out immediately while another company was going to come out a week later. Masten is a family owned business and they are truly honest, ethical, and very friendly. I won't use anyone else. This company is on time every time and is the best in the metroplex! Great reasonable pricing and very cooperative! Their technicians Matt, Casey, and Jason are by far the best I've ever had. Keep up the good work guys! I'm not here to promote any company but this one stood out from the crowd!

Masten installed our systems in our house about 4 years ago. We have a conventional a/c system, and a ductless system. We are very happy with both systems, and were treated fairly.

Ryan is always our technician. He doesn't just fix the issue, he would take his time and explain to us what the issue is.
