Ace and Tony were very professional and detail oriented when they came by to do a HVAC maintenance on my home. They really know their stuff and make sure that you well informed and taken care of.

David and Glen came out for our A/C maintenance and let me tell you they were phenomenal! They were very courteous and professional and were able to identify and avert any possible issues. David went right to work on the A/C. With the summer just around the corner here in Houston it is imperative that our A/C is running smoothly. I have FINCH A/C to thank for that assurance!

Gerald and Daniel were professional and considerate. They asked if we needed them to use boot covers before going upstairs. After their assessment, they informed us of what is causing the issues with our AC. They gave us an estimate and left us their business cards to give us an opportinity to make a decision on how to proceed.

Mike, Lorenzo and Samuel were Awesome in installing our new ac with the advantage plan. very informative! Great install beginning to end and kept us informed all the way through process. Definitely recommend!!

Joe and Ace just left from performing my maintenance. They were on time within the window of my appointment. They texted and called before they arrived and were pleasant as ever! Ace is super efficient and got to work right away. Joe spent time w me explaining the new products and services Finch offers. Great to know! They aren’t just AC & Heating, it’s water and plumbing as well. Ace worked his expertise in my (thankfully not sweltering) attic system area and they both offered to help put my storage tubbies back in the closet. Super kind, but I couldn’t ask for that. They have other appointments to get to. Highly recommend this team!
