Arrived on time. After a brief discussion they addressed all my concerns. We had a follow-up discussion after they completed the maintenance. They also adjusted ductwork to increase air flow. I’m pleased with the service provided by Derrick and David.

Joe and Daniel were very helpful. I was really stressed after the tornado came through and caused so much damage. It was great to have someone check things out and make sure everything is running safely after the unit was blown over and had to be set back upright.

David and Tony did a thorough job. They were efficient and punctual ( even early for my appt). Friendly and polite gentleman. I’ll use them again.

Ace from Finch came through and was very helpful explaining what he was going to do and what things need attention but aren’t urgent. Tony was helpful in explaining what some upgrades I should consider down the line as my current equipment ages.

Rick and Jesus did a great job performing my system checkup today. My system is running good with no issues but they did offer upgrades that increase reliability as well as other products and services their company offers.

Our tech Dylan Baker did an EXCELLENT job for us!!! Highly recommend him for his knowledge and work ethic!

Ace was very informative and highly professional. He shared photographic images of before and after service. Thank you Ace for being so thorough!

Julian Tapia did a great job on my HVAC system maintenance. He actually is the only technician I have seen came and Do a real inspection on my equipment. He took his time and check everything on my equipment. So please finch, tell Julian to teach his coworkers how to do a system maintenance and also how to be professional. Thanks
