Reggie and Ace did an inspection provided by TXU. They were both very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I didn’t feel like they were trying to just sell me a new service. I’d recommend Finch for your AC and Heating needs.

We had them do tune-ups on our 2 ac units. We have this done every year since the units are older. On 6/5 they called around 12:30 and the tech said he was in Bellaire which is about 30-40 min from where I live, depending on traffic. Around 1:35pm he called and said the units were working fine, but old (which they are) then proceeded to try and sell me 2 units and a maintenance plan. 3 days ago 1 of the units started not working properly. I called on 6/15 and left a message but did not hear back from anyone. I already have an appt set up with another company to tune it up properly. The technician I spoke to on the phone with Finch was very polite and professional but I honestly don't think they did the actual tune up on both units. They simply weren't there anywhere long enough to do the job properly.

David and Tevin were professional and did a great job of servicing my A/C unit. They recommended a UV light in my unit to add longevity to the unit. We also spoke about the pros of a tankless water heater. Very pleased with they knowledge. Thanks!

Jesus came to my home to service my AC unit and was awesome. Showed me pictures, cleaned my outside unit, and did some preventive maintenance. He informed me of items he checked for and explained what he did. Thanks and hope to see you again.

Our technician, Bart, did a great job with our bi-annual checkup. We have been Finch customers since we bought our house from my husband's parents, and they had been Finch customers for years before that. they have always been professional and courteous.

Lorenzo, Mike and Marcus did an outstanding job. They answered all of my questions. They took special time with me to go over all of my new equipment. They gave suggestions about my duct work and it being efficient.

We've used Finch for many many years and they have never let us down. Our tech Ace today was a knowledgeable, friendly repairman, just like the others we've had, will continue to use them. Highly recommended.
