I would definitely recommend this company my unit was down for 3 days now it’s cold as ice !

The service technician was very well verse, knew his craft very well. He took care of my AC system in a timely manner. He also came back to do a courtesy follow up to ensure the system was working properly.

I went down the list calling A/C repair companies. I was constantly told that it would take 3 days before they could come out. It was 95 degrees outside today and 91 inside. When I called Dad's Thermostat I was told that he would come out today. When Steven arrived, I explained what was going on with the A/C and he knew exactly what happened. He had my A/C working in an hour. He had to replace the motor and one other part. The price was great, $300 less than what I expected. Very fast and friendly. Thank you so much.

Dad’s Thermostat is the first place to call for any HVAC needs. Due to living out of state at the moment, I only come to the Killeen area once a month to do renovations on my house before I move my family back to Texas.
Mr. Bailey was very helpful in scheduling my complete system replacement. Within a week and a half I had an inspection, quote ( within an hour) and system installed. Best price and honest advice

Mr. Bailey brought a crew with him and together in just a few hours, the installation of heater and air conditioner and cleaning of the air flow ducts were completed.
Mr. Bailey also showed me how I can change out the filters as needed.

This is a wonderful company and the owner is very personable and knowledgeable. He was prompt in repairing my AC. I called in the morning and he repaired the unit the same afternoon.
