Texan Mechanical AC & Heating

Texan sent two technicians to my house and I am happy with their service and recommendations. They showed up on time and worked hard.

Very prompt, kind and informative service. Our upstairs unit quit on us and we got a same day service call and 24 hour turn around on repair which was a huge blessing in this record breaking heat, especially with 4 kids who have upstairs bedrooms! Justin was our technician and he was efficient, on time, knowledgeable and kind. HIGHLY recommend!

These guys are great! Quick response and repair to get the AC back and running.

Had an issue with the wiring of our Nest Thermostat which was causing the heater not to work. We really appreciate that they were able to come out SAME DAY and also had the part we needed with them. The repair was complete in a little over an hour. Associates were very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home. Pricing was very reasonable and we gladly paid just to have our heat back on! Thanks!!

Mar 24 2023 We heard a loud rattling sound from our downstairs AC. We called Texan Mechanical and they said they'd have someone out between 2-4 pm. He showed up at 2 on the dot. Wow. He checked things out and said they would need to check my warranty before doing something needlessly that would cost us a lot of money that wouldn't be good for more than one year. They would send 2-3 options for us to choose from. I like the fact that they didn't immediately jump to, well we need to replace your AC like our previous AC company. They are definitely our go to AC company.

2022 We had our downstairs AC go out on Sunday during the Labor Day weekend so we called Texan Mechanical. They sent someone out within 2-3 hours. He checked the unit and discovered a short circuit in the circuit board on the AC unit. He got the AC back to running for the weekend and told us he would be back on Tuesday when the business that had the circuit board was open. He returned on Tuesday by noon and replaced the circuit board. Things are back to running now and we were definitely happy with the professionalism and customer service we received. Texan Mechanical will be out go to for AC in the future.

The service guy, Cristian, was right on time, very friendly and did what looked to me like a thorough inspection of my heating system. So far I am pleased to have this maintenance contract with Texan Mechanical.
