We love this company! So glad we signed up for the regular tuneup for our home and our rental property! It’s convenient and very helpful to keep our hvac systems running the way it should at all times!

No emergency this time, just a scheduled check-up of our systems! I was sure happy to get it done ahead of the real Texas heat. Signing up for an annual maintenance plan was a good idea, especially with my favorite HVAC folks: Texan Mechanical!

Once again they saved the day!! Our AC went out at 3am. My house quickly heated up to almost 80 by 5am. They had us back up and running by 2pm. They are always fast and on time!!

Terrible customer service. All they care about is the money and forget to listen to the customer's concerns. I avoided a $350 circuit board for my HVAC because I was deligent and kept insisting that it wasn't the problem. I was right and the technician left ashamed. It was really embarrassing for them especially after they also argued me on the phone. The issue turned out to be a simple wire that the technician stepped on.

I love having regularly scheduled routine maintenance on my A/C and heater, as I have an old system. I’m impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend.

Cleaned and maintained AC Drain Pans. Complete Service on AC and Heater. We HIGHLY recommend Texan Mechanical! They Replaced a "faulty capacitor" today and checked operations of unit. I have had a very bad experience due to customer service, I felt I was treated as I didn’t deserve to be talked to nicely. I will make sure my family and friends don’t ever use this service.

I didn’t include everything you said to me so let me do that. You disrespected me on the phone. You didn’t include that in your reply. I was honest and trusted your company but you don’t have a good customer service, when I asked for manager u told I am the manager/owner. Paying $75 was much better then going through this. So please don’t act like you didn’t do anything wrong.
