Called A/C Man at 7pm because the ac was out. They showed up at 9 pm and worked on my issue. They needed to return the next day to complete work and di exactly that. These guys communicate well, fixed my issue and had fair prices. I definitely recommend.

UPDATE: As of last week I had AC Man install my new air handler and coil. Was fairly priced, his install team was kind and professional. Had a couple hiccups, big one caused by the factory by Don and Charles came and rectified it immediately. If you are looking for a company run by a human being who cares about the quality of service stop right now and call Don. They are my AC company for LIFE! The AC Man Staff is also so very kind.

When your 17 year old AC system goes out in Houston at 10 pm on a Saturday night, your butt puckers on what who when can you get someone out on a Sunday to save your life. I called around 8 am on the dot Sunday and got a lot of "maybe we can come 4-6 pm or tomorrow" and AC Man saved the day and was able to come out by 11 am. They diagnosed quickly, and replaced my blower motor. Also let me know I have a leak in a line somewhere so they freon'd me up. AC is back and blowing great and I will most likely be looking to them for my new unit install soon.

My air was blowing warm air, luckily it was raining, but We had to have it fixed and on a Friday. My husband called A/C Man and Don came out, in the rain. His service was very professional and fast with his inspection of the problem. He fixed the problem and was done in less than 30 minutes and WE HAVE AIR!!!!!!!!!!

This company is awesome! Don (owner) is very knowledgeable and honest. He first repaired out existing unit and we used his company again doe a new installation when going a remodel. We have been impressed with he and his team and the professionalism every time.

Great service! Our heat went out when it was 20 degrees outside and they came out earlier than they initially told me. They figured out the issue quickly and had it fixed within the hour. We will definitely be using AC Man again!

I had a blower motor that was on its way out. I had my regular AC service guy come in and look, his suggestion was to replace the entire system which didn't sound right to me. I called AC Man and they showed up on time and diagnosed a broken support bracket on the blower motor. This was repaired and now my heater works quietly as it should! I highly recommend AC Man Houston. Don is great to work with.

I read the review and I was excited to get a same day appointment for that afternoon. Unfortunately, the technician didn't show up, never called. I called and was told they had a cancellation, and they thought it was me. They offered to reschedule for the next day, but I can't take the chance that they get another cancellation and "think it was me" again...

I guess someone that did cancel got a technician at their house anyway...

Had to come back and edit this post...I received a call from the owner this morning, apologizing for the mix up and explaining how my appointment got cancelled by mistake. They offered to come out today for a free diagnostic on the unit, but I've already got another company on the way.

It says a lot for a business when the owner takes the time to call you and apologize and tries to make it right! I didn't use them this time, but the next time, I certainly will!!
