Very pleased with service. An appointment was made with out the 4 to 5 hour window like other big companies. They were on time and worked hard at finding the issue. I really like that there was no nonsense and I never got the feeling like they were trying to sell me some service or product. Plus: No charge to come look! Definitely using them again..

Used Bedford Heat and Air for the first time on 8-14 Friday temp 104 degrees my mother who is 86 and wife stuck in the heat. Doug came and saved the day he has fair pricing and great experience.He even gave me some good education. Thanks Doug.

i have used Bedford Heating andAir since late 70's. just recently upgraded my system inside and out,and they did a beautiful job as always,plus my electric bill was cut by almost 50%. very knowledgeable AND reasonable. i would and do highly recommend Bedford Air to all my friends.

Went straight to work rather than trying to stretch visit into an hour. Correctly diagnosed leak left by Ft Worth contractor 3 days earlier. Verified chill temp of 60 degrees; FW service only chilled to 70 degrees, pushing for plenum replacement that was not needed.

Awesome service and Doug is great at this. He's been doing this service most of his adult life. The work is done in a timely manner with a great customer service.
