Patricia on the line was very helpful and even the owner Jesse went to my home and did an honest assessment and repaired AC system in just under 3 hours from the time I first called ..I really recommend them and some neighbor did before me ..Will use them in future

Pili Davis did a great job on my A/C unit, he was very friendly and explained everything he did well, efficient and knowledgeable. He also installed the Remi Air cleaner on my system and explained it to me and I’m glad he told me about it. He also noticed that the coils on the a/c unit were dirty and cleaned that also, I don’t think that has been cleaned since we moved in here in 2020, so I’m very glad that he checked that, overall excellent job and service, give that young man a bonus, he deserves it, thanks Pili, appreciate you. I did a total HVAC system replacement. My original unit was never able to keep up with our Texas heat and would run non-stop in the summer. I changed from a vertical unit indoors to a horizontal unit in the attic, as well as a larger unit outside. From the beginning, great people to talk to. Patricia was able to schedule someone to come out the next morning for a quote. Charles came out and looked at everything as well as answered all of my questions, even about moving the indoor unit into the attic. The brand they use is a well-known good brand, as well as a great warranty and price to complete the work. Jesse, Charles and their team were able to come out within a couple days to do the work and had it all completed within an 8-hour work day. They moved some pipes and also changed the thermostat location to better get the temperature of the house as well as moved the intake vent to give me an entirely new closet in my laundry room. The new system is cooling and heating the house way quicker and quieter than ever before. Definitely a happy customer here.

After 15 years of servicing my AC & Heater, can’t say enough good things about Patricia and Jesse. It’s a comfort to know they are always available to take care of any emergency.

I called to schedule a service call and Charles arrived approximately 1 hour later. He diagnosed the AC unit and replaced the motor. He’s only been gone a few minutes so I can’t attest how well the unit is working yet but I’m sure looking forward to some cooler temps. Very pleased with the prompt response and explaining my options.
