Our experience with this company was exceptional from the first call. From Patricia in the office who was able to send someone out on a weekend, to the service technician Stephen who walked us through every step of the process, the service and professionalism was phenomenal.

This company was recommended to us by a family member and I am so glad we went through them. The ease of text alerts and reminders was great. They arrived precisely when they said they would. Stephen even checked in with us to see how the parts were performing. Fantastic asset to the company, friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth.

I would recommend them to friends and family easily. They scheduled a day to install my new system and the crew was here precisely within the window given.

Even after the job was through, I had another follow-up phone call to schedule a time for them to come out to make sure everything was working properly and running smoothly!

Now, I not only have piece of mind with a new unit for my home, but I have a life-long ease of knowing a company I can trust.

In my last review I wrote about how the company handles their payment policies. I should have asked more questions. I just took for granting that all companies do the same thing. The representative who came to my home and the service he provided was great.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Jesse. From the moment I called and they fit me in same day to the service appointment it was a wonderful experience, I have already shared the information with my neighbors. We love supporting veteran owned businesses, thank you for your service to our home and country Jesse.

Our A/C wasn’t working in this Texas heat, & Patricia was able to fit us in the schedule for the very next day. Jesse & his crew came in the morning, & by early afternoon my problem was fixed & I had cool A/C running through my house again. Jesse was very communicative. If you’re looking for a company that cares about your concerns & the quality of their work, I 10/10 recommend Texas Comfort Systems.

I have Jesse in to repar and install my heating and ac systems. He is always professional and efficient. He explains things so they are understandable.

AC stopped working. When everyone else had no availability on a Friday, they wedged me in. When I explained I had a disabled family member that was having difficulties breathing because of the heat and humidity, even though we had fans on her, they made us a priority and was there within 3 hrs. And tbh probably saved us a trip to the hospital!Their tech Stephen Myles was friendly, educational, and fast. Definitely recommend.

Jesse was totally transparent from beginning to end. He made us feel very comfortable during this entire process. Product had excellent warranty and the installation went smoothly. Would highly recommend.
