I am a new home owner and first time owner of two 3.5 ton AC units. I used to have 2 5000BTU window units growing up in an apartment. With the guys at Pro Air, I know they have my back to get things repaired.

Before I purchased my house they inspected the old ACs and recommended a total replacement (original units were 20+yrs old!) and provided quotes to me that encouraged the previous owner to do the needed replacement.

Then through out last 3 years I had random items that broke such as they repaired my board and motor on my heating unit and did some new duct work. Everything was done the same day.

My house was extremely hot last night. 😩

They came fast and fix our air condition but BEWARE, where a person will come and say your air condition is 10 years old, just change the whole thing and get a new one, it maybe true but I hope "they" who are suppose to be expert in their field will not take advantage of their customer. I was desperate at the time that at the time when my aircondition stopped working. My son is going for surgery the following day so we need cool air after his surgery. I grabbed the financing Pro Air had offered. I was told by pro air sale representative that I will pay 50 dollars for 10 years and I BeLEIVED him because I was so desperate. Now, that I am receiving my bill and the truth is....I have to pay 60 dollars monthly on 9.99 interest rate so If I pay $100. Half of my payment will go to the interest of 45.31. WOW. Please don't take advantage of people. As the saying goes "Don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you." It will come back....in other form.

Pro Air responded quickly and came out and fixed our heater issues. Would highly recommend them for your heating/ac needs.

Quick response and great service. Inspected both units at a great price and gave us good info on how to maintain the systems running at best conditions. Will call them again and recomend to everyone.
