I was very pleased and impressed with Eric’s thorough explanation on the issues at hand and corrected them in a prompt manner, which since then my HVAC has actually been running smoother and not needing to stay on as long due to the service.

Pro Air was fantastic! I have used them multiple times now and am more impressed each time. They correctly diagnosed a leak that another company had misdiagnosed (luckily had Pro Air look at it before spending money) and saved me a lot of money and unneeded repairs. Our air conditioner has never run better!. I would strongly recommend them as your AC company. Erik is more knowledgeable than any other AC person I have met.

2 years ago I had a high end unit installed and it has never worked correctly. There was issues concerning zone distribution, mildew, condensation at vents, and overall temperature management. After having installer back time after time with no fix I finally chose to have a second review of issues by another company. ProAir was recommended by a friend who had used there services and was completely satisfied. ProAir came out and with an hour identified all the issues and provided solutions at a reasonable rate. Not only did they fix all the issues but now the system is running the way it should. They did not leave until every issue was fixed and I was satisfied. Lesson learned was even if you pay to have the top end system installed make sure the installation team knows how to make it work. I wish ProAir had been the original installer as it would have saved me time money and piece of mind. I highly recommend ProAir to anyone who needs A/C work done correctly and give you piece of mind. Finally, ProAir is proactive and customer service friendly and easy to work with.

My AC went out Saturday. Contacted Erik and he came out on Sunday to see what went wrong and told me what my options were. On Monday I received multiple quotes for different scenarios. We made the decision to replace our whole HVAC system on Tuesday. Their team was at my house Wednesday morning ready to install the new system. I’m almost sure that if I would’ve made the decision on Monday, they would’ve been there Tuesday. By far one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. Very professional team, and everything from the beginning is clear cut and to the point. I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know for their HVAC needs.

great service was performed on my air conditioner by Erik and his dad who also showed up with him, my ac was diagnosed and fix in a short time , very friendly crew, they made me feel like ive known them for years, they explained the repair process while they were working on my AC , very affordable price and professionally done. i am so pleased with their service and i will always recommend them to anyone who's looking for honest reliable technicians.
