We knew when we bought our house 2.5 years ago that the AC would need to be replaced in a few years. A few weeks ago, we called Morgan Air to come look at our home's aging and struggling AC units. Trey and Steve showed up on time and did a full inspection of our system. They told us we could combine our 2 smaller AC units into 1 variable speed unit with multiple zones for control. This would also considerably increase the energy efficiency of our home.

We received a proposal that night. I had several questions the next day which they answered promptly and thoroughly. I signed off, and they started work first thing the next morning. Their crew worked hard and completely removed the old system, set the new equipment in place, configured everything, and trained us how to use it...ALL IN ONE DAY!

I was very impressed with the quality of the job and the responsiveness of their people any time I have had a question since installation. I would highly recommend Morgan Air Services to anyone who is looking to service or replace their AC system.

The people at Morgan are first rate and go above and beyond to help their customers. They helped me with a problem completely unrelated to HVAC.

We've been using Morgan Pro Services since November 2020. We moved into a new house. We had things from the inspection report repaired. They were quick & fairly priced. A couple nights ago one of our units wouldn't come on. I called the next morning & they were out that same afternoon. Bobby Behne was our technician & he was very professional, kind, & went above & beyond to get the ac running for us. He completed the install so quickly! I really appreciated his urgency to get it fixed for us! Thank you so much! We will continue to use this company for all our ac needs for sure!

I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service I received from Morgan Pro Services. From start to finish everyone I talked to was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Our Technician was totally honest and gave us all our options of fixing the system or replacing. There was absolutely no pressure, and he was so patient with answering all of my questions. I’m so pleased with the quality of the work and highly recommend to anyone who needs A/C or electrical services.

We've been using Morgan Pro Services, LLC for over 3 years now after having a huge issue with our AC system. This issue required the technicians to change out a couple units, repair air ducts, change out air vents, etc it was a very long process and thankfully the company, staff, and technicians involved were very helpful and were able to solve the issue. However recently we had an issue with air ducts touching each other and causing condensation to drip from the ducts cause what looks like mold around some emergency fire nozzles, and part of the wall. And another issue with water dripping from reserve water pipes that looked like rusty water. After having plumbers come check to see if it was the tankless water system, and a couple of visits from technicians at Morgan Pro Services that could not find the issue with the AC. Morgan Pro Services sent out a technician named Ramiro who figured out what the issues were and fixed them promptly. Thanks to him and the good people at Morgan Pro Services our home AC system is working properly again! I would recommend their services and especially thank you to Ramiro for his help!

Great work. ERCOT gets zero stars, and caused me to need Morgan. We had dealt with Trey before for an AC install and found that he was branching out to general contracting. That went so well we called him again. Can't think of one thing to nit pick about. They made a miserable experience (the freeze) an unexpected kitchen and half bath remodel.

Very busy at that time but always made the effort to call or text back. On top of the usual showing up in person to check progress.

We have already sent 2 or 3 friends his way and will not hesitate to use this company again.

Trey and his team solved our longtime humidity problem. Tristan and his super-courteous crew installed an excellent quality dehumidifier, at a very reasonable cost, for our 70-year old bungalow.

We've been living with 75% average humidity for years (that's not good), and enjoy 55% humidity (VERY GOOD) after just several hours. We were ready to sell the house and I think we'll stay here for a while.

Tristan is returning today to walk us through the mechanical system. He didn't have to do that.

There are not enough words to describe how great my customer experience with Trey and his team over at Morgan Air was. My wife and I purchased a new home earlier this year and had to replace the old A/C unit. Trey and his team installed a new Carrier system for us, and did an amazing job. They were always on time, responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and above all, friendly. Trey treated us like we were members of his own family, and never made us feel like we were burdening him in any way. They even gave us Astros tickets which was really cool. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any A/C repairs.
