Called the same day and they arrived within an hour. Justin was great and quick and communicative. They were able to resolve a clog issue on the spot.

We had another company come out there the day before and wanted to do a ton more work that was actually unnecessary. Justin explained that the other work was not needed, which saved me a ton of money and time.

LJ Medina is a great technician and very professional. We appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was looking at and educating about our system. He was courteous and even followed up after the service to ensure our unit was working well!

My restaurant's dining room compressor & my blower fan for my karaoke room abruptly died. I was having issues with 2 other companies with crazy lead times (1-2 weeks) for compressors and blow fans..... Justin was super professional and ridiculously quick with replacing both the same day he came to do a diagnostic! Justin and the team were very nice and super knowledgeable. I'm going to be using Just-N-Time moving forward for my businesses.

We had a great tech. If you want a respectful, kind, professional tech, I suggest Laine. He was kind to my mom and I. He responded to my call last night. My house was so hot. He apologized that he didn't have the part needed at that moment but he would be stopping by the next day. Sure enough, he arrived within the given time frame, was courteous and got my A/C working again! Will definitely continue doing services with Just-N-Time.

Justin, LJ, and Scarlett were all so helpful with the entire process. I don’t write reviews often mostly because of time, but these folks deserve it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We had our AC repaired in a very timely manner and what seemed to have been at a fair cost. I called around multiple places to get quotes for the service needed for my AC repair. Justin came immediately and was the most honest and helpful out of them all. I also love that this is a family owned business, so you can tell that they really take pride in what they do and provide excellent customer service. If I had you are looking for services for your air conditioning, which we definitely need in Houston, call these guys. They’re genuinely honest, knowledgeable, and work hard.
