Technician was very conscientious. He was persistent in tracking down the reasons for the problem and in obtaining the proper parts needed.

After MANY reviews of an HVAC company, I honestly believe that JUST-N-TIME HVAC is the BEST you can get! I am so beyond impressed with the service/maintenance that we received tonight! Any of my Texas peeps really need to hire this company! $180. for annual maintenance which includes a 21 point inspection each time! LJ... You are GOLDEN in my book! Found out we have a bad capacitor bad thermostat! When 79° is freezing in our house, you know something is wrong! And, it's veteran owned, they support the troops, and their service!

Last week I hired another company to do the annual maintenance on our two five-year old HVAC systems. In additional to charging the full maintenance price for both systems (no discount for the 2nd system as Just-N-Time offers), this other company also wanted an additional $800 PER UNIT to clean the fins! They also recommended very expensive equipment add-ons that I do not need. The quote they showed me came to $2500 on maintenance for two units that are only five years old. It was completely crazy!

I stopped all work with the other company, paid them for the work they did do, and hired Just-N-Time to finish the job.

It turned out one of my units was a bit more difficult to clean due to the unit enclosure design, but Just-N-Time didn't charge me a penny more than the fee originally quoted for the fin cleaning ($129 first unit / $89 2nd unit).

And YES, they do offer a discount on the 2nd unit for annual maintenance if you have a two-unit system, which is something the other company would not provide.

I'm so grateful to have found Just-N-Time HVAC services -- they will be maintaining our systems going forward. I just wish I had found them sooner!!

Justin was easy to reach and very responsive. He came out when we initially had our house inspected and quickly determined the issue and provided an estimated cost. When we closed, we had arranged for him to come out on a different day. When asked if he could complete the repair sooner, he was flexible and did so. Our home was cool in no time! Justin and his team came to check out a cooling issue at our house. Turns out the addition wasn’t cooling properly for a variety of reasons, so the best solution was to install a mini split into the great room. The team at Just-N-Time were knowledgeable and professional throughout and had us up and running (and cool) in no time! Great work, very pleased, highly recommended.
