My ac had been down for 2 1/2 weeks, Harris showed up like an angel in an AC van! He was dogged and relentless, no matter what happened he was going to get my AC fixed! Fast forward three hours later, Harris worked diligently and my AC is running! I have entered into a contract to have my unit serviced by them, and this is my AC company for life! Harris was my hero!!!!

I can not say enough goods thing about this crew. It’s the middle of summer and our house was 98 degrees. We reached out last minute because our a/c broke and they were able to squeeze us in. This is what great customer service is all about. The rep kept in Contact with me through the day and when they finally arrived they fixed the issue within minutes. I have had a few different AC companies come to my house over the past few years. Many times it feels like the big companies are trying to push every single repair known to man on you. Justin was honest and offered good pricing on the Freon he use to recharge my system. I plan on using him for future AC needs.

This company is AWESOME! The technicians were responsive and answered all my questions and concerns in detail. They cleaned after themselves and left my system operating again. I highly recommend Just-In Time and will 100 percent use them again for future services.
