Air-Ton Heating & AC

The team for Air-Ton just finished up the install on my brand new system today. Tim came to my home last week at a time that was convenient for me and looked over not only my existing system but my entire home. He was looking for how my existing systems was configured and asked me how the system had been performing. Once we talked over the issues I had been having he explained to me what my options were and how I could get the very best performance for my budget. We spent several hours reviewing all the various options with him taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each setup and what the potential trade-offs might be. Once we landed on the right setup for me we scheduled the install. The team showed up promptly as scheduled and worked through the day to complete the job before the end of the day. Tim and his team took the time to review the new system with me an explain how the internet connected thermostat worked. After working with the team from Air-Ton I am already looking into other upgrades that I did not originally think might be within my budget. They are some of the very best around. I spent several months looking into different vendors and this group was far and away the best value around.

They called me to do a standard maintenance check on my system. They were on time. There were 2 service guy that came out. These gentlemen were very helpful answering questions and clean my unit. I feel they went beyond their jobs to satisfy me. I will be having them back out twice a year to service my a/c and heater. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the issues with our current system and provided us options in detail. The work performed was done in a reasonable amount of time and the work area was cleaned as if no one had ever even been there.

I called Air-Ton to schedule a last-minute HVAC inspection for a home I was looking to purchase. Kim and Alex were fast and flexible with scheduling, and were very patient with all of my questions and concerns no matter how many times I called or what time of the day. During the inspection, the HVAC tech (Yasser) thoroughly checked everything, and paid extra attention to our areas of concern. We were on-site while the inspection happened, and the techs took time to explain what their findings were and answered any follow-up questions or concerns we had. From start-to-finish, Air-Ton provided wonderful customer service!

When my AC started to act up, the thing that bothered me the most was that I would have to choose a repair company and deal with a technician. The thought of that was worse than the heat and potential expense.

I was also impressed by how well the office staff kept in communication. It was a rainy day with thunderstorms predicted. The office kept in
touch about when the technician would arrive, and he called himself to say he was 20 minutes away. Very professional.

Oh! And the icing on the cake is that they are the most reasonably priced company I called. I'm thankful I found Air-Ton!

We have used Air Ton for years for maintenance and check ups on our AC and heater. I recently had an issue with my AC and had them come out.
