From the phone call to the visit for our bid to our install of a new inside and outside unit all within 48 hours Rob was amazing and we would absolutely recommend 1604 AC! Thank you for making a week and a half of sweating a distant memory!

Had a technician come out after ours. Was told that he would be there around 7pm, he showed up at 9:35pm. He said my compressor was down and said he could add a 2nd capacitor to it but couldn't guarantee that it would fix the issue. Okay, fair enough. The capacitors are max. $20. He tried to charge me $595. WAY OVER PRICED & awful customer service.

I had an appt today between 6 to 7 pm. It's 813 pm, no has shown up. I called answering service 25 minutes ago, no call back. I left my job early, so I can be home. My job is strict with taking leave too. Someone should have called me earlier, that they can't service my home, so wouldn't have to leave work. I'm very disappointed.

These people just want to make as much as they can from the customer. They try to make $300 and more just on parts excluding even the labor. They stated that the diagnostic test is free of charge and a week later we got a bill saying we have to pay them for the diagnostic test. They rip you off and the wife of the owner is very very extremely rude! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. And save yourself from the headache.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called them first thing in the morning and they had a crew out the same day to evaluate. Everyone was so professional and couldn't be happier with the product and services.

They always make an effort to give you an appointment as soon as possible. Staff is helpful, very reliable and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. You have a problem, they come in and fix it and they're done. Painless.

Highly recommend them. Speedy and great customer service.came out same day to diagnose and problem was fixed next day. Will use them again for future services.

Worse service I bought the Ac unit almost 1 year ago and they supposed to come back in 6 months for maintenance and I called to schedule the appointment and 1st time they never show up or no called ,2 time they thought my ac was not working,3 time they were late and with an attitude . Wouldn't recommend it

Recently I hired 1604 A/C and heating and this has been about a week, Angle showed up to my home on time and was pleasant to talk to, I already knew that my air exchanger and fan in the attic was broken Angel went into attic I followed him and he showed me the part he also explained that it was a carrier system and that it was over 10 years old and it had circuit board attached to the motor that was all one system and it would need to be replaced, now he never checked anything else while he was at my home un-like every other A/C company others said they would check the whole system while they were there so he went to truck and came and told me there was only 1 in San Antonio so I paid him $1200.00 when his techs showed up I looked in boxes and guess what no circuit board just a motor and fan, so it was the old tactic of LYING to client get paid at this point our A/C wasn’t working so the techs fixed the issue after they left I cleaned up there mess and went into attic and they didn’t even seal up the unit with that A/C tape it’s the silver stuff so I had to drive to Home Depot and buy tape and do it my self, The following day I go to work and I do work for a home builder, my construction Mgr was out of town during this air conditioning break down if he was in town I would have his contractors fix it I told him the story and all the components are offered aftermarket and work just as well and are more affordable so if your needing a A/C COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE ITS NOT WORTH TAKING A CHANCE ON A COMPANY THAT JUST LIES AND MIS-LEADS YOU ABOUT SERVICES, I did call the company and explained to them the problem and guess what the owner I’m assuming Craig obviously could care less about his customers.
