Perform the work they promise and even had an inspector come out to make sure we were satisfied. Well done. Also shout out to Cedric for the detailed knowledge. Update - Coventry also replaced an entire AC system at our daughters house. Excellent service, quality of work and competitive pricing.
We have used Coventry and Gattis for over 6 years to service our HVAC system and replace the unit last year. Can't say enough good things about them. All their technicians are extremely professional, punctual, honest, and reliable. Buck came out today for our winter maintenance and found him to be all the above... it's great to have a company that we trust and rely on.
Gregg did a fine job and quickly, during the window provided. He even switched our 2nd unit's filter and location so they'll update it in future too. One less thing to buy and maintain!
Signed up for the annual maintenance plan for our 3 units. They provided vital care to keep our systems running properly!! Buck our technician did an outstanding job!! I would highly recommend Coventry and Gattis!!
Tech Albert came to do Spring maintenance May 5, all the usual checks. He said he ran water through the unit upstairs to make sure drain working properly. Checked compressors, made sure thermostats working. All OK. Now, on June 29, techs come back out to clean clogged drain in attic, and we were charged ~$215. Do not understand how drain would clog since Nay 5, and why such a large bill. Coincidentally, our house sitter recently mentioned the downstairs thermostat didn’t seem to be working properly, and she changed batteries. Didn’t Albert check batteries when he was there May 5? Also, since we are out of town we would have appreciated getting a bill from you so we could either give you a credit card, or send you a check. Rather disappointed.
They took care of my request in record time. Buck was courteous, explained everything he was doing and was able to get my a/c up and running. Coventry and Gattis has taken great care of me throughout the years!
We noticed our A/C wasn’t working on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. We panicked a little bit. We called Coventry. An technician was at our house within 30 minutes. The problem was quickly identified and resolved. The excellent tech didn’t stop there. He performed a thorough check of our system to make sure everything was ok.
If only all businesses operated with such standards. We’ve had two separate issues recently and have worked with Cedric, Lorenzo, and Alan from Coventry & Gattis. We’re satisfied with the product but we are even more thrilled with the service. Above and beyond. Super timely. Cedric was very detailed, knowledgeable, and transparent in showing us what was faulty and getting parts and replacement quickly, even offering to stay and help move a fence panel for the new unit. Lorenzo and Alan were a great team installing an outdoor unit and even answered questions I had concerning drain lines in our inside unit (unrelated to job), and helped us get our fence put back in place…I say help, but they did it all as my husband had hurt his shoulder the day before. Even Lisa on the office side was incredibly informative with letting us know when the guys were on their way, handling warranty registration, and even checking on my husband’s injury. You don’t find people or businesses anymore that strive for true customer relations but C&G have an amazing team. They’ve won our loyalty as customers and I would most definitely recommend to friends, family, and neighbors.
