I have been using Coventry & Gaddis for years. The office staff, Lisa, is very nice and responsive. The technicians are all knowledgeable and professional. Most of the time, I get the same technician, Cedric. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Great company and great technician. Being in the HVAC controls business, I know a little about HVAC. I pretty much knew what the problem was and it was great to see an honest company make an accurate diagnosis and repair. Would send them to any friend.

My husband and I have been very pleased with Coventry & Gattis! They have so far provided excellent service, from the first phone call, to the on-site estimate, and to the actual doing of the work today. Their technicians are knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond. We typically have tons of questions, and David and his partner (can't remember his name!) very patiently and thoroughly answered every one of them. They even caught another separate issue that we may have been having with our roof. It's hard to find companies that care enough to go above and beyond in this way, and we truly appreciate it! On a side note, I did compare other HVAC companies and Coventry & Gattis provides excellent service for very fair prices too.

We have used Coventry & Gattis for years (and have always had a wonderful experience), but today exemplified their true excellence in customer service. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called first thing this morning (on a Sunday), and they sent a service technician out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our unit. almost 2 years ago I became their member where they promised me they will come out twice a year to perform maintenance on my units I own three houses they have not called or made any appointments with me for the past two years and they have been taking money out of my account every month for the three houses I have been so busy with every day life that I just came to the realization that they are taking money out each month and never scheduling for the 6 months maintenance.

Coventry & Gattis were selected again to replace compressor and furnace.. In 2018, they completed an excellent replacement and we saw no reason to select someone else. Their professionalism, care and quality of work was definitely on display again for this project. Hats off! to entire C&G Team!
