Air Clinic installed my HVAC and has also done seasonal maintenance. I was happy with them until they recommended installing zoned heating/cooling instead of what I wanted, a mini-split for one room that didn't get cool enough. I went with their advice as they are supposed to be the experts. There are continuing issues with this and they have been uninterested in fixing the problem. I finally gave up and found another HVAC company. I couldn't continue using a company that doesn't stand behind its work.
I've just had my second unit replaced by Air Clinic, and so far I'm happy with the results. The installers, Rocha and son are FANTASTIC!!! Great work! Highly recommend them.

It began with first call to get a second opinion and spoke with Donna who was on call after hours. Chewey come the next morning to evaluate our "down" air conditioner fan motor. He called into Donna to get a cost estimate which was less than the first estimate from a different company. I requested a sales representative to come talk with us regarding costs for a new unit. James came to see us on Sunday to start the purchase of a new unit. Donna also arranged for us to receive 2 room units for us to use until our new unit was installed Wednesday October 11th. The installers Chris and Daniel arrived on time 8:30am and both were very polite worked all day into the evening. I was very impressed with their dedication to the job. When there was some difficulty installing the detailed thermostats Chris called a technician, Cheng to get it installed. Cheng came for the installation in the evening 7:30pm he was very detailed and pleasant took time explaining the workings of the thermostat to myself and my husband. We needed some ceiling repair work done Manuel and his crew came out the next day to make repairs and did an excellent job.
My husband and I are both extremely satisfied with the service of this company. Beginning with our first phone call to the office staff Michele, Donna and Jennifer to the installers to James the sales representative. They all made a difficult situation more bearable and manageable. We will gladly recommend this company to our friends or anyone we needs a new unit. It happens all the time after all we live in Texas Air conditioner and heaters are needed no matter what month it is since the weather changes almost daily air conditioners in November. Rewind 5 months... My ac stopped working properly during the beginning of winter and I wasn't so concerned because I was going to be using the heater. Well now that it's starting to warm up I figured I might want to check my ac out so I had a#1 air come out and do tune up on my (and tell me what was wrong with it) and he recommended "system replacement." and I said Ok and asked what my options were and he scheduled a "comfort advisor" (AKA a salesman) to come out and discuss that with me and leaves. I figured it would be smart to start getting multiple bids from other companies and did just that (a#1 may have radio commercials and fancy trucks which equates to higher overhead which is passed down to the consumer... You and I) well I called air clinic outside of their Saturday operating hours and told them that I wanted another opinion and a bid and they immediately sent a tech out (ROBERT) and he did his thing, started checked my system out to make sure it warranted being replaced and about that time a#1 salesman pulled up (almost 3 hours late) and Robert didn't say a word and kept working and the a#1 guy just babbling on about how it was going to cost me 9500 for this and that and was telling me the good stuff about the warranty of the system he was trying to get me to buy and Robert respectfully stood up from his gauges and told me all the stuff that I NEEDED to know that a#1 concerning the warranty that they failed to mention and pulled me aside and told me that he wanted to run over my options with me and that he was going to leave and go wait at a gas station till a#1 left and I told him "no I want you to stay and listen in, I called him for a second opinion" and I want him to quietly and respectfully help me purchase a ac from a#1 and look out for my best interest and told him if needed I would pay him for his time. A#1 air guy was taken aback at my request from Robert and he got mad and jumped in his truck and left... Me and Robert walked in and explained his findings and told me ALL my options, he told me that they also sold the same exact system as a#1 air and he showed me his price book and it was 3 grand cheaper, I told him I wanted a written quote for 3 units and I'd think about it and call him. I then set up bids with several other companies and one other company outbid them by a couple of hundred bucks. I considered all options and realized that Roberts from air clinic was honest, knowledgeable, and patient and did what I asked him to do as well as respectful towards my home and his price was extremely competitive, the other company that outbid him didn't display all those attributes so I made the choice to pay the extra few hundred for that.
My new Amana heatpump and variable speed air handler was installed beautifully, and works great, they maintained respect for my home at all times, cleaned the mess up well and when it was time to pay Robert did not try to charge me a penny more from our original agreement.
After sale service... A couple of days go by and I rechecked the work 5 times over and had a slight issue about the way the vs speed air handler was varying sporadically under certain conditions and that I wanted the master bedroom to get more air and Robert came out and redid my ducts on the plenum until I was satisfied with air flow in all my rooms, then I duplicated the issue with the air handler and he didn't like it either and checked all the wiring and it was good, but still being sporadic, but he did not leave until he called tech reps and the manufacturer and it was properly fixed and running properly under the same condition as duplicated.
From the first time the phone was answered by Tasha and her excellent customer service skills to my "after installation" service this company is great. I don't know about their other techs but if they are anything like Robert then you will not be disappointed in these people.
It is refreshing to work with a company that has standards and lives up to them. I have purchased 2 A/C units from them and called for repairs on several occasions. They made extra effort to accommodate our time to solve the issues. Every employee is courteous, friendly, and has gone beyond expectation to solve the problem with expertise. Yes, there can be problems but I am convinced they will bring it to a satisfying conclusion. I'll be back!
Patty was AWESOME! She got me scheduled in on a Friday with 100 degree heat A/C not cooling and didn't make me wait until the next week! Preston came out and got it working and stuck around to make sure it cooled when I know they were booked! I greatly appreciate them for going above the call! Highly recommend Air Clinc they care!
Our tech, Don Ryan, did a terrific job in resolving a problem with an Air Freshener that had been causing trouble for almost 20 years. Air Clinic was quick to provide us the right guy to determine what was needed and then make it happen. These folks know what they are doing.
