Will and the team at Air Clinic have always been on time, ready to go, and their service has been professional to a fault. Granted, replacing HVAC systems is never going to be cheap, but this is Texas, and we get some hot summers here - You want to make sure everything goes to plan, and Will and the team at Air Clinic, deliver every time. We used them for the 5-Ton system downstairs two years ago, and it is now the upstairs 3-Ton system's turn for a full replacement/upgrade. We made one phone call. We are very happy with our choice of vendor and would gladly recommend Air Clinic to anyone in the DFW metroplex.

Our AC went down at 2:30 PM on Saturday - I called and spoke with Michelle who was able to get someone over to the house by 5:30. Our technician Joel was extremely friendly and had our AC cooling the house in no time!

Beware! Bad Company and worse customer care. Here’s my Bad experience with them recently. Important so it doesn’t happen to you. On August 25th,2013 I called Air Clinic to come check out why my A/C had stopped cooling. I was told by Marshall the dispatcher that I would have to pay a $140 over time fee for the check up. When Don came out late that evening he determined I had to have a new compressor and coil replaced to get it to work. Cost would be $4,000 for the repair and parts. He told me the repair would be done on the 29th, 4 days later. We are having 100 degree days at this time and I was worried about waiting that long. He told me he would go back to shop and bring us a spot cooler to use till work was done.He never told me that there would be a charge of $125 per day for the spot cooler.I discovered this later when looking over the work agreement copy I had. Well, My Wife is deaf and didn’t hear the work agreement being made and when she discovered that we had to wait 4 days for repair in this 100degree heat, she came unglued. I had to shop around and found A1 a/c repair for 2nd opinion. They told me I could get a brand new unit and they will finance it for me with zero down.Great, I decided to cancel the 4 day wait with Air Clinic for repairs and get new unit the next day with A1 and financing.Wonderful.
When I called Air Clinic on 27th Aug. about 10am to cancel,I told Marshall that they could pick up the spot cooler in the evening on August 27th. Well, he wanted to know why I canceled the work. I told him My Wife was suffering in this heat and could not wait till 29th to get a/c repaired. He wanted to know what I was going to do then. I told him I have A1 out here today and enstalling a new unit now, He hung up!
I had to run some errands and would not be home so my Wife was in bedroom with spot cooler trying to cool down.Marshall sent Don out before I came home and Don jumped on the A1 guys and accused them of stealing his job. He then call the police out to my house to try get the spot cooler at about mid day. Police told A1 guys and Don this was between them and me the home owner and left. I got home later and A1 guys told me about the scene caused by Don from Air Clinic.
After My deposit check of $650 was cashed by Air Clinic I call them and asked about a refund for the 2 days that I paid for the spot cooler and didn’t get to use.Don dropped the cooler off very late on 25th and picked it up at 6pm on 27th(2 days use ). Tasha at Air Clinic told me there would be no refund as the $650 deposit was not for the spot cooler but was for the work to be preformed on the a/c. Don wrote on the work order that he dropped off the spot cooler 500.00 & 150 s/c & labor. Tasha told me there would be no refund because the $650 deposit was toward the work to be done and not the cooler and it clearly states on the agreement 500.00 for spot cooler dropped off on 25th and to be used till 29th when work will be done. That’s 4 days @ $125 a day but I only had the cooler less than 48 hours. Sound fair to you. Beware and choose a different company that will deal with you fairly

Our technician (Chuy) is great! I was using two 1” filters and he explained that it was too restrictive for the air handler. He showed me how to remove the rails that I thought were fixed and use the proper 2” thick filter.

He also saw were the condensation drain was improperly configured and fixed it. Wish I had known about them when I first had AC trouble.

Great team!

I highly recommend the professional attitude and conduct of air clinic. they addressed many concerns that resulted in poor
airflow and duct routing. the repairs were very inexpensive and I feel the difference

Initially my review would have been very bad but the Office Manager, Service Tech, Salesperson and others corrected all the previous issues experienced. I would highly recommend this firm for your AC needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented.
