Called at 12:40 on a Saturday thinking I was just going to have to leave a voicemail and deal with it on a Monday. I did have to leave a voicemail, but was immediately called back a few minutes later. They got a technician out and fixed my a/c by 1:40! Awesome customer service.

Highly qualified top-notch tech. Worked patiently and carefully on a very tough reversing valve replacement. Makes sure the job is done right! I recommend him highly to others!

Our AC went out and although I traced the problem to the transformer, I could not get a transformer or someone to help over the weekend- until I called Dave Morris. Dave traced the cause of the short and replaced the transformer at a reasonable cost - especially for being a busy/freezing weekend. Thanks Dave!

Called on Sunday, fathers day, had children and grandchildren over when AC started blowing warm, not only did he leave his own BBQ ribs to replace my compressor, but gave me a military discount to boot! Thanks Morris Heating and Air conditioning!!!!!
