9/6/19 service. Called at 8:30AM, booked for 4:30pm same day. He showed up after spending all day in 100+ degree weather looking professional and courteous. Exactly what you expect from Georgetown, TX service providers. He diagnosed the issue with a clogged air handler drain in about 6 minutes, and was done in 30. Explained the 3 points of clogging that he cleared including cutting PVC out (to clear the pipe going to the drip pan), and replacing it. Very well done!

Very impressed with the response and service tonight. It's was 9pm Sunday night on Mother's Day and the owner of Morris came out to fix our a/c. We now have cold air again and would highly recommend Morris. They will be our first call if we need anything in the future.

I can't tell you how grateful I was to have Dave Morris come out and fix my AC. He was fair and extremely reasonable. You should call him if you want good service at a great price.....or you can call ARS and have them charge you the GDP of a small sovereign state to help you out.

I have used him several times over the past couple of months. He has been quick to respond, extremely helpful and very reasonable with prices. He even walked me through something over the phone so I didn’t have to pay a service fee. I couldn’t recommend him more!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Initially they seemed great and said they would come back to repair a part. I had to call several times to get them out and they did not come at the scheduled time. I was willing to let this go. However, the part the OWNER installed did not function appropriately and my a/c overflowed. When we called because the part did not work he made a bunch of vague promises to come out and fix it and never did. We have tried calling them for MONTHS and no one answers when we call or answers any of our numerous messages! Dishonest company. Does not stand behind their work. Poor customer service. I would recommend going anywhere else, even if it costs you a little bit more!

AC went out overnight. Called at 5:30am and he was able to work me in that day. He came and offered a cheap solution to the problem and got the AC working in no time. Very friendly and professional. I also had a furnace go out in the middle of the winter on a weekend and he fixed it that day. Customer for life.

On the coldest morning so far my furnace started blowing cold air. I called him at about 8:45am and left a message. He called back right away. Not even 2 hours later, my heat was back on. Thank you so much! Highly recommend his services.

Morris is a good guy. He always does a good Job. He really knows his Stuff. I have been using Morris for year's.

Woke up to a hot air conditioner. Called first thing in the morning and was on the schedule by 10. Great job done in a timely fashion. Took care of what needed to get fixed without any BS. Great guy, great company.

Our ac went out on Sunday morning. I called and he was out to the house within two hours and had our ac was running within twenty minutes. He’ll be the only one I call from now on.
