Express HVAC Service

Dan was extremely helpful! Our HVAC system went down and weren’t sure what to do. He helped us over the phone late at night and turns out it was a blown fuse. Excellent, excellent customer service and will use Express again! Thank you!

John provided good service and he came out on short notice, which was great since it was 30 degrees outside. I was surprised to see the bill for $205 though. There were no parts involved other than a couple of fuses and running some tests. I realize that HVAC is expensive and maybe that is the going rate for 45 min. I expected a bill around $150 from past experience.
I was hoping to make Express my permanent HVAC company, but I will have to shop around for the future.

Express HVAC did a great job. Woke up to no AC at 5:30am, called them at 5:45am, they were at my house at 6:45am and AC was fixed and up and running by 7:30am. Doesn’t get any better than that. Thanks again for coming out so quick and getting it fixed really fast. Highly recommend Express HVAC in Georgetown, TX.

Shannon is amazing he was fast to come out, did the repair lickity-split, and left. He was super friendly and conversational without dawdling or wasting time. When I had an additional problem, he was back put in 30 minutes. I highly recommend calling and asking for Shannon.

My niece's AC stopped working and Express HVAC sent someone out next day. They were able to get it running same day to cool her house until the part came in. Prompt, honest, and willing to work with you on payment, Express HVAC is the only company I trust and highly recommend.

This guys are fantastic. The AC had gone out while visiting my sister's house in Austin. She was at work while I dealt with finding AC contractors. It's no fun with no AC in June! Thank you guys for being there on such short notice and at a very reasonable price.

On January 6, 2017, my heater was not operating correctly. I called the Express HVAC-services office in Georgetown and explained to the front office my problem. The heater would come on but there was no flame in the heater, it only blew out cold air for a short period of time and then the heater would shut off. They said okay, and they told me that someone will be to my house in about 2 to 4 hours. My Tech name was Alex, and he was very polite, knowledgeable, and on time as promised. He when to work, located my problem and repaired it on the spot in my home. If I ever have another heater problem, I will request Alex as my Tech. He was great and very professional. I wish more Tech's were like him. Thank you for your service.
