    I had a fantastic experience with this company I called first thing in the morning they respond, answered the phone quickly. Then they set appointment that day. The technician Gary showed up right on time. I was not there my wife was, and he was very honest, professional and provided the details as what happened and fixed it very inexpensively. Can’t get any better than that. Call them.

    I highly recommend this company for Heating and Cooling services. I had another company come out before them and it was a terrible experience. The Techs were not very knowledgeable and I am pretty sure they was trying to rip me off. They wanted me to buy a whole new A/C unit. I decided to get a second opinion. Michael from DTC came out and he provided outstanding service. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He ended up adding a Hard Start Kit and now everything is working fine. DTC provided me with HONEST service and they saved me about $3500. I highly recommend DTC for all your Heating and Cooling needs.

    DTC has saved me again! Fifteen years ago my heating system failed at Christmas time and the team at DTC came through and provided us with a great Carrier system quickly. Today, they did it again. That 15 year old system gave up in this Texas heat and DTC was ready to provide me with a new system in 24 hours. I am back in the cool with a great installation from a great team! I have always subscribed to their maintenance plan and they have kept me operating great for these 15 years. I was so thankful for their quick response and excellent solution!

    A Good Neighbor - A/C went out last night and we have someone in the house who just had an operation so it was a bit of an emergency. We called our regular A/C company we've been using for years and they said they would have someone out shortly. Two hours later we called them back and they said they were still trying to fit us into their schedule.

    We called DTC and told them about the emergency. They had two technicians at the house within ten minutes. Thirty minutes after that the A/C was repaired. Price was reasonable, techs were knowledgeable, and even gave us some free advice during the visit.

    Dropping everything to come out and help during August, their busiest season. That's above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Looks like we have a new A/C company. : )

    In the past year our household has had multiple issues with our heating and air, Henry has gone above and beyond to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Since working with him he has worked efficiently with keeping our house running. They have come through with same day repair every time that I've called for help, I will continue to recommend Henry and DTC to anyone and everyone! Excellent customer service!

    Called cause AC wasn't cooling house, service was done the same day, luckily it wasn't a big problem to fix. Thank God it was able to be done the same day, I know people who have had to suffer for days with air conditioning issues..Thanks DTC

    Rowdy Roush and his team have never let me down and have provided excellent service on my a/c and heating systems over the course of many years. The service technicians have always been very knowledgeable and friendly when doing routine preventative system checks, as well as large repairs. Taking care of their customers by doing the job right, is what makes DTC my choice for all a/c and heating service needs!

    My A/C stopped working so I called DTC. They promised a tech the same morning and they arrived on time. Kyle not only replaced the blown control board but he found the loose wire that probably caused the problem. The price was reasonable for the work done. The only problem was that my copy of the bill with comments is barely readable. I called the office and they will have a legible copy the next business day.

    They were polite and professional on the phone and in person, they showed up on time and called to confirm just before the appointment. The repair tech was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My repair turned out to be just a bad capacitor - an easy and cheap fix. There was no overcharging for parts I didn't need and no upselling. They've earned a loyal customer.
