John, the tech, arrived on time, took pictures of the things he worked on and explained that to me. Very friendly and professional.

Patrick did an awesome job and quickly diagnosed the issue. He showed up 20 minutes before he said he would and was professional. Price was reasonable.

No issues with time. This was a scheduled maintenance but the technician said he needed to tighten some fittings on the inside unit. We ll he then said oh it needed to be replaced and I asked how did that happen and he said the heat. The pvc was broken off and he said it will be an additional $115 for a small $3 peice. Shouldn't it have been., I can try to repair but there may be a cost if I can't and have to replace it.

From another company，regardless of I am located at CA and Chinese and layman of AC, I got the AC fixed immediately at 15% off lower price, without being rudely discriminated!

Had them come out to replace a capacitor. Paid $236.36, about two months later it pops again. They offer no warranty on parts. Putting in a new capacitor myself this time. Lessoned learned, buyer beware.

Frustrating and disappointing; problematic from the start both cooling and heating considering system was brand new (just installed May 2022 ).
Recent service: Technician failed to resolve issues and insisted on unproven cause of thermostat failure.

AC unit was spilling water when on so I called them to inspect. Was told I had to replace the unit outside and inside my house for $7500 cause they were very old - the person who called me to give me the quote said she would send a breakdown of it to my email but I never got anything (that was 2 days ago). Anyway, I wasn’t gonna just shell out $7500 to the first person who asks me. So I called another AC business to get a 2nd opinion the same day. They flushed the condensation drain, cleaned the drain pipes, and installed a safety switch - all that fixed the issue and I have no more water spilling. That cost wayyyyyy less than $7500. Always get a 2nd opinion.
