After seeing the benefits - dramatically reduced downtime! - of regularly scheduled maintenance on the huge roof units at work, I decided to start having GH&A do twice-a-year maintenance on my home HVAC system. They’re here when they say they’re going to be here - do a thorough cleaning and inspection of the equipment, and if needed, give solid advice on things that need to be watched and or added to prevent an HVAC malfunction cause structural damage (in my case, a cooling shutoff switch for if the main drain line from the evaporator coil pan gets clogged - will shut off the compressor to keep water from damaging the flooring or foundation).

The three years that I’ve worked with GH&A on my business units has given me a lot of trust that they know what they’re doing and are honest about any work that needs to be done or equipment that needs replacing.

Very very unprofessional people, charging so much hiding fee and expending time for no reason and charging time, for small things bring long list to fix it and scare you if you not fix it cost you $10000 , they was asking $3500 they said we fixed your AC I did not pay that I only paid $800 and my AC work only 3 day .
I called another company asking for everything $750 .
And one year labor warranty , see the difference 750 to $3500 and no warranty.
Tech was unprofessional all the time calling some one

Not Yet I'm Waiting On A Couple Of Quotes ?? The Tech was very efficient, but NOT who I requested & was assured would come... but in saying that, I was satisfied with the evaluation given & his expertise (just a little disappointed, that now I have to wait) Thank Ya'll & Hope We Will Be Doing Business Soon (and not do to an emergency breakdown...) ***FOLLOW-UP.... It took almost 2 weeks for Quote and only then because I called them as to why I hadn't rec'd it... I wanted a quote for cleaning and/or repair & the ONLY quote I was told on the phone I would get was for a Total Replacement , when I got the quote it was for over $10k.... I guess I should have known when I was told that "ANYTHING CAN BE FIXED" that the tech had no idea what the Office Mangers would tell me ?? (tech was very good & had told me that they would give me 3 Quotes within 2-3 days , 1 to clean, 1 to fix & replace the blower unit and 1 for total replacement ...so that I'd have an idea of what all cost would be & a CHOICE of what I wanted done)... So Office Mangers walked back what I was told and now I walk back my overall rating TECH gets 4 stars , Service by the Office Staff (Management) ZERO , so that brings my Star rating on this Company to 2 stars & that's just being because of the TECH doing his very best.... So Thanks But NO Thanks to this Company !!

Very professional and patient. Explained how the heat pump works in the winter and spring. Also explained about how a surge protector would also help our system. We will definitely give them a call to install the surge protector and add the maintenance again for another year.
