    Charlie saved us again! I cannot even begin to imagine the pain our teensy attic and ridiculously placed archaic system has caused him on our calls. ACs go out at the most inconvenient times, too- ours went out at 5pm on this hot summer evening. I made the call at 6:30pm. He was here at 8pm. I want to take a moment to tell his wife and kids just how much we appreciate you loaning him to us. What he does for people is so important. We are sleeping comfy chilly on a warm Texas night in August because of our hero Charlie! Somebody get this man a cape! -The Wright family in Pilot Point

    Finding an AC company that can competently service a mini-split is not easy. But these guys have been great. The unit has a small coolant leak, but the gentleman who came out today advised against an expense repair job to find the leak rather than just topping off the coolant once a year. Astounding!

    After a bad experience with Cotes I gave them a try. I called around midnight on a Sunday to see about getting help. 20 minutes later the technician was knocking on my door. They charged no extra fees for it being so late or for it being on a Sunday. Technician was knowledgeable, kind, and left us with AC for the first time in a week. I believe Cotes misdiagnosed the problem in the first place as my circuit board while my thermostat was the issue. Cotes was going to charge me $725 to come out and change the circuit board. After having no AC for 2 days they still didn’t have the part. I tried to schedule 4 different day’s when somebody could be available at the house and they couldn’t get a technician any of the 4 days. I decided to do it myself. I bought a circuit board that fits my furnace for $230 and installed it only to realize that wasn’t the issue. Aireserve diagnosed the issue as my Nest Thermostat. The technician put a new thermostat on, checked everything else with my furnace, checked my frion, and left that night with my AC working for the first time in a week. The total price of the work, the new thermostat, a membership program with Aireserve I signed up for, and the $230 I sent on the circuit board that was probably never broke to start with was still cheaper than what Cotes was going to charge me to change the circuit board that they diagnosed as the problem. After realizing that wasn’t the issue I probably would of had to spend well over $1000 with them. I saved a lot of money, got excellent service, and got my AC fixed past midnight on a Monday all within a few hours of my initial call. Highly recommend this company.

    a/c went out called Don"s a/c was told it would be at least a week before someone could come out... called Aire Serv of Denton and Charlie Dishman took charge and relayed info to Karen and 2hours later, cool and comfy... thanks guys ya'll are my go to from now on

    Had an emergency AC failure at 9:30 PM. Aire Serv arrived at 10:30, had the part in his truck and had it back up and cooling in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended
