They showed up right away 3 years ago when they didn’t know me, when I had an AC emergency during their busy month of July, when no one else responded to my urgent calls.

Since then they have treated me like a queen, doing right by me every time, handling all my needs for my rental homes also. Even occasionally working on their days off to make sure myself & my tenants are comfortable.

Dakota came out to fix my leaking AC unit. He identified the problem immediately and had it fixed in no time. Great service and very professional. Karen, who coordinated everything over the phone was also fantastic, I'll definitely be back if I need any more work done

Dakota and Matt did a phenomenal job. I woke up this morning to water pouring through my ceiling fan, and called several A/C companies to come out and look at my system. Aire Serv was able to get a technician to my house in 45 minutes. They fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and I never felt like they were trying to make a dollar off of me, unlike other A/C companies I’ve called in the area. You guys will be my go-to company for any A/C need I have from here on.

I always felt that Karen looked out for my best interests. She gave me advice on which system I needed, including financing options, and she was available whenever I called with questions. She made a special trip to pick up my system so they could get it installed before the weather got hot. Her installation crew was top notch. Arrived on time except for when they got stuck in traffic at a construction zone, and they called to explain why they were running late. Very careful not to track dirt into my house, cleaned up after themselves, very polite, efficient, cheerful, and the work was completed sooner than I expected. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Highly recommend!! They were able to come ahead of schedule during this busy time. Spotted the issue and fixed it and cleaned up the coil thingys for me. Made sure everything was working before he left. Also didn't cost me an arm leg or first born . Again highly recommend!!
