I wish I could give this company 10 stars! They saved me thousands of dollars as a first time customer. I needed a second opinion as I was told I would need my whole unit replaced. Michael was professional and courteous. He took the time to answer any questions I had and listened to my concerns. The prices I was quoted was more than reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv to everyone.

Charlie was able to get our AC unit up and running, with minimal maintenance, after another company told me that I needed to get a new compressor (on a Sunday). Unit only needed a new capacitor and some freon.

My air went out on a very hot Saturday. I had a technician (Charlie) in my home within 2 hours. I needed a new AC unit, which meant I was put on a list for the following week. Charlie loaned me a cooling unit to make the rest of the weekend bearable. This was above and beyond anything I expected!! The install crew was at my home by 11 am Monday and I had cool air soon after that. Thank you! I will recommend Aire Serv of Denton to everyone I know!

Charlie Dishman found our issue with our heat pump. It was outside wiring from a previous ac contractor. It was causing the AC to run all the time whether in heat or cooling mode. This was responsible for outrageous electric bills the last few months, forcing to run the emergency heat because heat pump was not working, Charlie also verified that the TXV valve on the air handler was leaking Freon. This was also caused by the previous contractor that replaced our evaporator coil, because he said it was leaking .Charlie noticed it looked to be the original TXV Valve, he is currently going to check the warranty for the part and get back with us Monday, After months of the other contractor giving us the run around about making the repairs that he started Charlie got us back up and running quickly. I would Highly recommend Charlie and Aire Serv!!

The tech was on time, acted professionally, and worked quickly. He did what he was supposed to do, and advised on how to keep the system running well. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience at an affordable price. (Love the flat rate, no hidden fees, so sales pitches.)

Mislead on cost to diagnose the problem. Was told $89 and by the time the service rep called to report the issues to me he wanted $330. And claim it would be taken off my bill the next day. I just didn’t like to be taken advantage of this way and is a weird way to do business. Then didn’t call me, the landlord the day of the repair but showed up at my property and started the work. Claims they called the tenant but I as the paying landlord need to be made aware when people are coming to the property. Treated poorly by customer service when I tried to bring this up to the call center lady. Just a horrible attitude and not customer friendly to my needs. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Everyone was very proffessional and friendly. Their service blew my expectations out of the water, and made me feel like family. They were able to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during a stressful time, and got me on their schedule so much faster than I anticipated. I will absolutely use this company again and refer them to everyone I know.

Charles at Airserv helped us to get a whole new system including duct work in our older home. Since we live in a one story rancher, our older system had not only broken, but it had never cooled or heated our house evenly. Charles used a computerized analysis of our house and designed a customized system specifically for our home. It works beautifully, efficiently and the whole house is evenly comfortable. One of the best people in the industry. The company name is just a name it’s the people who make it great. I’ve been doing business with them for over 10 years. They are affordable, punctual and don’t charge you for things you don’t need to get an extra buck. I’ve had them come on the weekends when my air went out and it was very affordable!

I'd rate this a 10 star if I could. Charles is great. First all all he listened to what I was wanting. I knew that the installation was the most important part of how well the system would stay trouble free.I was going to go with a general contractor with limited experience with HVAC. I met Charles at an event in Sanger and told him I would consider Airserv if the contractor fell through. We discussed in detail equipment and install. The more I thought about it the more I decided to go with an AC specialist and begin to get bids. This wasn't about the lowest price, it was about the best product and installation. Charles was the ONLY contractor to suggest a split system with a Coleman furnace and a Goodman A/C. This was a perfect solution to the question of the best system for my mobile home. His bid was also the lowest.The install was efficient, but not rushed through. The crew was extremely courteous and my home was left clean and tidy. The crew made sure my washer was reinstalled and not leaking. Charles even helped me put up a small barrier fence around the outdoor unit to be sure my puppy would not be able to chew through the insulation. Really just great old fashion workmanship and respect, plus the best systems. He will arrange a service call in the next few days just to be sure this is all up to standards.
